I started bleeding more heavily last night, still more brownish than red, and it continued steadily this morning. So I called my doctor and got them to move up my appointment time. They took more blood, then I waited in the office for an hour so they could get the levels. My levels have gone down to almost 3 thoudsand. The doctor came in and told me with my levels so low and bleeding that I am in the beginning process of miscarring my baby. I still go in for u/s tonight, but just as a conformation, and to ease my mind. He's going to schedule and D&C for next week, to give my body time to miscarry the baby on its own first. I'm upset, but not as bad as I feared I would be. I'm just glad the waiting and not knowing is over. I'm going back on birthcontrol, and we won't be trying again for another baby for about 5 more years.
